Kirsten Bragh

Senior partner

Kirsten is Senior Partner and co-founder of Action Lab Aps, and has extensive experience with the ambiguity and unpredictability of human interaction in the workplace. Her educational background is Master in Psychology of Organisations and MSc in Food Technology. She is former senior executive at a global food & beverage company, where she has held several managerial positions ranging from Technical leadership to People & Organisation. She has lived and worked outside Denmark, a few years in UK and Sweden and is currently based in Copenhagen.

Kirsten has dedicated her profession to co-creating cultures of fearless and resilient teaming in close collaboration with ambitious professionals who are in the process of rethinking their leadership. This is often a counterintuitive practice and Kirsten assists people to unleash their ability to thrive and lead in the complexity paradoxes that exist in most business environments today. Action Learning is key here, because profound learning happens in the real, everyday business contexts and by taking leadership experiences – good and bad – seriously.
